Yahya Saree, the military spokesperson for the Ansar Allah group (Houthis) announced that the group’s forces launched a ballistic missile targeting Ben Gurion Airport in response to ongoing ‘Israeli’ aggression against Gaza.
In a statement, the spokesperson emphasized that the attack was carried out in solidarity with the Palestinian people, who continue to suffer under Israeli bombardment.
“Our operations against the ‘Israeli’ aggression will continue until it is brought to an end in Gaza,” the spokesperson declared, reaffirming the group’s commitment to supporting Palestine.
The ‘Israeli’ military claimed to have intercepted the missile, stating that it was fired from Yemen. The missile was reportedly intercepted before crossing ‘Israel’s’ borders. According to Hebrew media, there were no reports of damage or injuries.
This marks the eighth Houthi attack on Israel since the latter resumed its aggression against the Gaza Strip on March 18.
