Two fatalities in Thursday morning traffic accidents: Traffic Department

The Traffic Department announced that specialized units responded to a severe traffic accident beyond Abu Huraira Bridge in Al-Zohour, which resulted in one death and one injury.

The vehicle veered off its lane due to a loss of control caused by improper handling of the curves, according to Major Abdul Majeed Zaidan from the Traffic Department.

During a traffic report broadcast on Public Security Radio, Major Zaidan also detailed another serious traffic accident that occurred beyond Al-Risala Roundabout in Al-Bayader.

This incident involved the overturning of a dump truck, which lost control and collided with a concrete barrier due to brake failure. Tragically, this accident resulted in the death of the driver.

In a related update, Captain Mohammad Al-Malkawi from External Patrols reported that over the past 24 hours, patrols dealt with several minor accidents. Fortunately, these incidents did not result in any injuries or significant obstacles, only material damages.
