EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas has expressed her concerns that Russian president Vladimir Putin shows no interest in achieving peace in Ukraine.
Kallas took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her views, stating: “Russian missiles continue to rain down on Ukraine, causing more death and destruction.” She emphasized that once again, Putin is demonstrating his lack of interest in peace.
Kallas further added, “We must increase our military support to Kyiv, or else more Ukrainian civilians will pay the highest price.”
Her remarks underscore the ongoing tension and the EU’s call for increased assistance to Ukraine in the face of continued Russian aggression.
