“Israeli” army radio: Lebanon fires rockets at Tel Aviv for first time in current aggression
Sirens were heard sounding in Netanya and Gush Dan in Tel Aviv, as well as in areas in central occupied Palestine on Wednesday morning, according to Hebrew media reports.
The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) radio confirmed that, for the first time since the start of the aggression on Lebanon, rockets were fired from Lebanon toward Tel Aviv.
Meanwhile, IOF warplanes have not stopped since 5:00 AM on Wednesday, launching airstrikes on several areas in southern Lebanon, as reported by the official Lebanese News Agency.
The IOF’s assault on southern Lebanon escalated, both in the scale and number of airstrikes, and the clashes between Hezbollah and the IOF intensified after the detonation of communication devices used by Hezbollah on September 17 and 18.
The IOF continues to launch strikes on Lebanese areas, bringing the death toll to 558 martyrs and 1,835 injured, along with thousands of displaced persons, according to a tally released by the Lebanese Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
