Mixed reactions among Tawjihi students on Arabic exam difficulty
A total of 148,968 Tawjihi students took the Arabic language exam on Thursday. Some students expressed to Roya their concerns about the difficulty of certain questions, stating that the exam did not adequately consider individual differences and included highly challenging questions.
Interviews conducted by Roya with several students revealed varying opinions; some found the exam difficult, while others considered it to be of moderate difficulty.
The Ministry of Education considers it normal to have a range of question difficulties—easy, medium, and hard—to accommodate the individual differences among students.
The exam was held in a morning session starting at 10 AM. The distribution of students was as follows: scientific stream 61,264, literary stream 69,162, Sharia stream 94, industrial stream 6,036, home economics stream 7,839, agricultural stream 3,050, and hospitality stream 1,523 students.
