Hot weather in Jordan on Monday
Monday saw relatively hot weather in most areas of Jordan, with very hot conditions in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Some low clouds appeared in the north and central regions, with moderate northwesterly winds occasionally picking up.
According to the Meteorological Department, temperatures are expected to rise slightly on Tuesday, making it relatively hot in most areas and very hot in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Northwesterly winds will remain moderate, occasionally becoming active.
The hot weather is expected to continue on Wednesday and Thursday, with similar conditions as Tuesday. Temperatures will range as follows on Monday:
– East Amman: 33°C high, 23°C low
– West Amman: 31°C high, 21°C low
– Northern Highlands: 29°C high, 18°C low
– Sharah Highlands: 30°C high, 19°C low
– Badia: 38°C high, 23°C low
– Plains: 33°C high, 22°C low
– Northern Jordan Valley: 39°C high, 24°C low
– Southern Jordan Valley: 43°C high, 28°C low
– Dead Sea: 42°C high, 26°C low
– Aqaba: 43°C high, 28°C low
