Israeli Occupation settlers storm Aqsa mosque

Dozens of Israeli Occupation settlers broke into the compounds of al-Aqsa Mosque Thursday morning under protection from the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), the Islamic Waqf Department confirmed.

The department said that settlers entered the mosque from al-Maghariba gate, performed Talmudic rituals and took provocative tours in its compounds.

This comes at a time when the IOF intensified measures against Palestinians coming from Jerusalem to enter the Mosque.

IOF soldiers inspected their IDs and briefly detained them before allowing some of them into the compound.
