Woman bitten by snake in Irbid admitted to ICU
A woman in her thirties was rushed to the intensive care unit at Yarmouk Hospital in Irbid Monday evening after being bitten by a Palestine viper, as reported by Roya’s correspondent.
A snake expert Ibrahim Bani Yassin said that the woman accidentally stepped on the snake and consequently the snake stung her foot.
The victim received immediate medical attention and was administered the necessary anti-venom serum at the hospital’s ICU.
Medical staff are closely monitoring her condition during her recovery process.
