Lukashenko arrives in Russia for first time since Wagner mutiny
Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko, arrived in Saint Petersburg for his first trip to Russia since brokering a deal between President Vladimir Putin and Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin.
Prigozhin led an aborted mutiny to topple the top Russian army brass in June.
Putin is expected to welcome Lukashenko for talks on Sunday.
