Jordanian pilot dies of injuries sustained from helicopter crash
An official military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army, confirmed Tuesday the death of Major Pilot Ali Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Harasis.
Harasis was killed after a Royal Air Force military helicopter crashed in the Umm al-Dananir area in North Amman on Monday.

An official military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) – the Arab Army stated that the helicopter is the property of the Royal Air Force.
The source indicated that two pilots were injured and were transported to Al-Hussein Medical City.
The aircraft crashed during a training flight and made an emergency landing in the Baqa’a area without causing any injuries to civilians.
