No complaints from Jordanian Pilgrims: Awqaf Ministry

The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs confirmed that there were no complaints from Jordanian pilgrims regarding services.

The ministry’s media spokesperson Ali al-Daqamseh dismissed any claims that there are complaints and said that the video circulating social media platforms (showing Jordanian pilgrims expressing their concerns about services) is an old video.

Daqamseh advised people to verify the information they come across on social media before they believe it or share it.
