Israeli Occupation detains 11 in West Bank

Monday, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) detained a man, his 14-year-old son and another nine people from different parts of the West Bank, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

According to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) and other sources, the IOF soldiers detained four people in Nablus, including a man identified as Rashad Shaheen and his 14-year-old son Rayyan from the village of Qaryout.

Among the detained were two others from Beita town, south of Nablus.

They also detained two men from the town of Dura in Hebron, including Rizeq Rjoub (64) who spent 25 years in Israeli Occupation prisons and was released in November after serving 19 months in administrative detention.

Several people were also detained during a raid on the Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem.

In Ramallah, the IOF detained one person from Jalazon refugee camp.

Another was detained from the town of Biddo, also in Ramallah.
