Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have reaffirmed their solidarity in confronting Houthi attacks targeting civilian areas in the kingdom, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a phone call Tuesday evening from Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, during which the two officials reviewed bilateral relations and discussed developments in the region, SPA reported.
During the call, the two ministers condemned what they described as continued attacks by the “terrorist Houthi militia” against civilian areas in Saudi Arabia.
They also expressed solidarity in confronting any threats to the security and stability of both countries.
The call comes amid regional tensions and continued concerns over attacks targeting Saudi territory.
