‘Our forces are suffering in Rafah,’ says Israeli Occupation soldier
Colonel Yair Tsukerman of the Israeli Occupation army, in an interview with the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, discussed Hamas’ tactics in the Gaza Strip, especially in Rafah.
He said that Hamas uses numerous surveillance cameras and has a significant network of tunnels in Rafah. Tsukerman also highlighted the threat of booby-trapped houses and rooms prepared before Israeli Occupation Forces enter.
Recently, fierce clashes erupted in the Saudi neighborhood west of Rafah between Palestinian resistance and Israeli Occupation Forces attempting to advance under the cover of airstrikes, artillery, and drone fire.
Separately, the Hebrew Broadcasting Corporation reported that the Israeli Occupation army intercepted an air target in the Hula Plain region, north of Israeli Occupation, without triggering sirens.
Since October 8, the border areas between Israeli Occupation and Lebanon have experienced heightened tension and sporadic exchanges of fire between the Israeli Occupation army and Lebanese Hezbollah, along with Palestinian factions.
