Temperatures on Monday are expected to mark few degrees above their annual average, but moderate weathr will prevail in the highlands and plains, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the Kingdom, with northwesterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily breif.
Over the next two days, similar weather conditions will remain despite a slight drop in mercury levels, the department added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will reach a high of 31 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 18C at night, while highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 37C, and lows will stand at 25C during night hours.
