Hungary’s President, Janos Ader, has awarded the Hungarian Order of Merit to the Jordanian founders of Mellow Mood Hotels, Sameer Hamdan and Zuhair Awad, according to a company statement issued on Sunday.
Selected from the hotel sector, the decision to award the Order of Merit was issued in February, 2020, and published in the Official Gazette, but the handover ceremony took place a few days ago as a result of the current epidemiological situation, announced the statement.
The award expresses Hungary’s appreciation and gratitude to the company’s owners for the achievements they made in the field of real estate, and hospitality sector development during the past two decades, added the statement.
On Jordanian youth entrepreneurship, Hamdan and Awad affirmed the ability of Jordanian youth to lead and deliver achievements around the world.
