Israeli occupation forces raided this morning several areas in the occupied West Bank and detained about a dozen people, according to various sources.

Forces also raided the town of Beita, south of Nablus, and detained three people, one of them a university student, and a fourth person was detained from Nablus city itself.

Another Palestinian was detained during a raid of the biblical city of Bethlehem, two were also detained in the village of al-Mughayyer, east of Ramallah, and three others were detained in the Hebron district, two of them university students detained in Beit Kahil village, west of Hebron city, and the third from Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.

One person was detained during a large-scale army raid of Nur Shams refugee camp in the city of Tulkarm, and another from Jenin was detained at an army checkpoint near Tubas.

Soldiers, meanwhile, raided Aqbat Jabr refugee camp in the ancient city of Jericho, in the east of the West Bank, and surrounded a house, calling on those inside to come out. When the person the soldiers were after was not found, they left the area without arresting anyone.
