‘We strongly condemn the racist attacks on Palestinians in Occupied Jerusalem’: Safadi

Safadi wrote on Twitter, “We strongly condemn the racist attacks on Palestinians in occupied #Jerusalem & urge prompt Int’l action to protect Jerusalemites. As the occupying power under international law, Israel is responsible for stopping these attacks & for the dangerous consequences of failing to do so.”

Friday, the ministry’s spokesperson Dhaifallah Al-Fayez said that the Israeli Occupation authorities in accordance with the international law, bear full responsibility for allowing these groups to reach the Old City and attacking Jerusalemites.

Fayez called on the these authorities to abide by their obligations in accordance with the international law and international humanitarian law, and to desist from anything that might harm the residents of the Old City.
