Speaking on the ‘Israeli’ podcast “Hakal Patuach” (Everything is Open), Netanyahu was asked about Mojtaba Khamenei’s whereabouts after the podcast host pointed to his complete disappearance from public life, including the absence of recent public appearances or audio recordings.
The discussion referenced speculation among some analysts and online commentators that Mojtaba Khamenei may have died, with his death allegedly being concealed. Other reports have suggested his absence could be linked to a leg injury.
Responding to the question, Netanyahu rejected the speculation that Mojtaba Khamenei had died.
“I think he is alive,” Netanyahu said, offering what he described as his personal assessment.
