The Jordanian Public Security Directorate denied circulating reports claiming that residents of the Azraq District were ordered to evacuate their homes.

In a statement, authorities confirmed that no such directive had been issued and described the posts as fabricated. The Cybercrime Unit is tracking the source of the false publications to identify those responsible and take legal action against them.
