‘Israeli’ military claims killing four Hamas fighters over past week
- The ‘Israeli’ military claims it killed four Palestinians it identified as Hamas members in strikes on northern Gaza.
- The military did not provide evidence supporting its claim, as Gaza’s reported death toll continues to rise.
The ‘Israeli’ military claimed Tuesday that it killed four Palestinians it identified as Hamas members in airstrikes on northern Gaza.
In a statement posted on Telegram, the ‘Israeli’ military identified the four as Wael Mahmoud Ali Labad, Muaz Mohammad Hassan Ahmad, Sameh Abu Kamil, and Akram Ashraf Hamad Labad.
The ‘Israeli’ military also claimed its forces struck and dismantled rocket launchers and launch shafts allegedly used by Hamas on Monday. It did not release evidence to independently verify the allegation.
The announcement comes as ‘Israel’ continues its military campaign in the Gaza Strip, amid widespread international condemnation over allegations of genocidal crimes.
According to Palestinian health authorities, at least 73,066 Palestinians have been martyred and 173,514 others wounded since the war began in October 2023. The figures include 1,053 Palestinians killed since the ceasefire that took effect in October last year.
