The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday recorded 7 new COVID-19 fatalities and 639 new infections over the last 24 hours.
In a daily COVID-19 report on the costal enclave, the ministry said that 1,708 lab tests were conducted, noting that 517 additional cases have recovered.
The total caseload since last March has reached 26,231, including 10,206 active infections, 15,863 recoveries and 162 deaths, the ministry added.
