The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned Israel’s demolition of buildings in Humsa Al- Baqai’a, a Bedouin village in the Jordan Valley region in the occupied West Bank.
The Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson, Dhaifallah Al-Fayez, said the unlawful seizure of lands, the demolition of homes and expulsion of residents, among others, are flagrant breach of the International Humanitarian Law, and Israel’s obligations, as an occupying power.
He called on the international community to pressure Israel to stop its illegal actions, which run against peace efforts.
