Moderate summer weather conditions are expected to prevail on Monday and Tuesday in the highlands and the plains, as temperatures hovering around their annual average, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.
Mercury levels will drop few degrees on Wednesday, bringing fair conditions in most regions, except in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba where it will be relatively hot, the Department added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach a high of 32 degrees Celsius in the capital, Amman, and 28 degrees in the northern cities, dipping to 18 and 14 degrees respectively at night. Highs in the port city of Aqaba will rise to 39 degrees, while lows will stand at 25 at night.
