Health Minister, Saad Jaber, on Tuesday discussed with Afghanistan’s Ambassador, Tariq Shah Bahrami, means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the health field amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The envoy commended Jordan’s implementation of preventive and treatment health measures at the highest levels, calling for sharing Jordan’s medical expertise with the Afghan medical and nursing cadres through video communication.
During the meeting, Jaber welcomed cooperation in this field with Afghanistan within the available capabilities and through diplomatic channels.
