The UAE announced 540 new Covid-19 infections and 745 recoveries on Sunday, as per the Ministry of Health and Prevention data.
A new virus-related fatality was also registered, pushing the death tally to 276, the ministry pointed out.
On Covid-19-based stats, the new figures take the country’s caseload to 38,808, said the UAE ministry, adding 21,806 recoveries were recorded since the outbreak began in the Gulf nation late January.
