The Executive Committee of the Coronavirus Crisis Cell Management in Irbid Governorate has lifted the lockdown against three buildings that were subjected to isolation on April 14, a driver was tested positive with the Covid-19 back then
Member of the committee, Irbid’s health affairs director, Qasim Al-Mayyas, said that the epidemiology committee recommended lifting the lockdown against the three buildings after conducting laboratory tests for samples from their residents for the third time and their results had returned negative.
Al-Mayyas indicated that the buildings that were removed from the isolation on Sunday were among the seven buildings that were placed under the isolation since the driver’s infection was reported, while the lockdown was lifted against four of them earlier and three buildings remained under isolation after recording two infections among contacts of the driver, who were his daughter and his mother-in-law after two weeks of the driver’s infection himself.
