The spokesperson of the Public Security Directorate said that a report was received by the Aqaba Civil Defense Operations Room and the Aqaba Police regarding an incident where two individuals were affected by a dust collapse inside a 30-meter deep well while conducting maintenance work in that area.
Specialized teams successfully rescued and transferred one of the individuals, of Arab nationality, to the nearest hospital. Currently, efforts are underway to rescue the second person who remains trapped under the dust.
