The health ministry Saturday denied rumors about pandemic-related lockdowns and urged not to heed rumormongers who claim the government is considering imposing lockdowns.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) said the claims are mere “disinformation intended to confuse citizens,” highlighting the government is keen to open up the country and keep in-school learning.
The MoH emphasised the need for citizens and residents to abide by health measures.
It said Jordanians should seek information from trusted and official sources, adding it is publishing updates and news on its official outlets.
