The weather on Saturday will be fair in the highlands and plains, and relatively hot in the Kingdom’s other regions with northwesterly moderate winds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily update.
On Sunday and Monday, similar weather conditions are set to prevail as a day earlier, the JMD forecast.
Regarding Tuesday, a slight drop in temperatures is forecast, and the weather will be moderate almost Kingdomwide, and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba. Rain showers are set to fall in the country’s southern and eastern parts, sometimes accompanied by thunder, the JMD added.
Also on Saturday, mercury in the capital Amman will range between a high of 31 degrees Celsius and a low of 17C, meanwhile the port city of Aqaba will see a sizzling 36C, dipping into 24C during night.
